Email links expire after 15 minutes and work once. You'll only see the files you've been invited to.
Who can sign in
Buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders and attorneys on a transaction we're closing. Our closing team sends the invitation when the file opens. Real estate agents and lenders use one sign-in for all their files with us.
What you'll find
The key contract dates and how each was calculated, title and lien search status, and the official transaction documents as they come in: contract and addenda, escrow letter, title commitment, survey, lien search results, condo or HOA estoppel and approval letters, approved seller documents and the settlement statement. A progress chart shows how close the file is to complete.
What not to send
The portal is read-only for parties. Don't send loan applications or financial or personal information through it. For anything else, call (305) 792-9100 or email info@legaltitlemiami.com.
